Payment Policy

1. Project Initiation Deposit
To begin any project, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required. This deposit must be made via bank transfer or payment link before the Xphere Tech team begins development work.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer (wire transfer) to the account provided in the quote, and credit or debit card payment via a payment link generated by our team.
3. Interest-Free Installments
Payment for services includes the option of 3 interest-free monthly installments when paid by credit card via payment link. To access this option, please contact the person who provided your quote to receive your personalized payment link. Availability of installment plans is subject to the issuing bank.
4. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance (50%) must be paid according to the payment schedule established in the quote or service agreement. Payment milestones are agreed upon before the project begins and are tied to specific deliverables.
5. Invoicing
Xphere Technology Company S.A. de C.V. issues invoices (CFDI) for all payments received in accordance with current Mexican tax regulations. For international clients, Xphere Technology Company LLC may issue invoices as applicable. Billing information must be provided at the time of the first payment.
6. Late Payments
In the event of delayed scheduled payments, Xphere Tech reserves the right to pause development work until the outstanding payment is settled. Project delivery timelines will be adjusted proportionally to the payment delay.
7. Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once development work has begun. In the event of project cancellation before work has started, a partial or full refund of the deposit will be evaluated, less any planning and design costs already incurred.
8. Currency
All quotes and payments are made in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless expressly agreed otherwise with the client. For international clients, payments may be made in US dollars (USD) at the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.
9. Modifications
Xphere Tech reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Payment conditions established in already accepted quotes and signed contracts will not be affected by subsequent changes to this policy.
