EnConsulta

Scheduling, payments and clinical records for private practices and clinics.

Context

Private practices in Mexico almost all run the same way: WhatsApp to book, an Excel or Google Sheet to keep track, and bank transfers to get paid. None of it talks to each other, and none of it is automatic.

EnConsulta came out of that. It's our SaaS for private doctors, clinics and multi-specialist practices, and it now covers the full chain: from the moment a patient finds the doctor to the moment the visit is recorded in the clinical file.

The challenge

  • Scheduling, payment and records living in three separate places that don't speak to one another.
  • No-shows paid for in full: the slot is lost and nobody covers it.
  • A clinical record that has to satisfy NOM-004 and NOM-024, not merely store notes.
  • Practices with several doctors and several locations sharing one agenda.

What we built

  1. 01

    A dedicated page per doctor

    Every doctor gets their own landing page where patients pick a service and a time slot — no calls, no back-and-forth messages.

  2. 02

    Booking through a WhatsApp bot

    A custom AI bot lets patients book straight from WhatsApp, the channel they're already on.

  3. 03

    Two-way Google sync

    The event is created in Google Calendar with or without a Meet link. Rescheduling updates both calendars; cancelling frees the slot back up for the doctor.

    Payments via MercadoPago and SPEI

    Pay in advance or pay at the clinic, with a manual SPEI module, refund handling, and a deposit that's forfeited on a no-show.

    A regulation-aligned clinical record

    Records built to NOM-004 and NOM-024: signed, unalterable notes, corrections by addendum, ICD-10 coded diagnoses and a protected audit log.

    Email and WhatsApp reminders

    Automatic confirmations and reminders to cut down on no-shows.

Results

  • The full chain — scheduling, payment and records — on one platform instead of scattered across WhatsApp, Excel and transfers.
  • Deposits collected up front cover the no-show instead of the slot being lost.
  • Clinical records aligned to NOM-004 and NOM-024, with an audit log and sensitive data encrypted under LFPDPPP.
  • Live in production with paying clinics and practices, on a 1,000 MXN per doctor, per month model.
